What we do
Neurosense specialises in helping our clients understand the emotions, attitudes and feelings of consumers towards their brand, products and services. Our pioneering work in implicit reaction testing is helping marketers and public sector clients around the world get to the truth of customer beliefs in an innovative and cost effective way.

How we do it
We use our specialist knowledge of cognitive Neuroscience – the study of how the brain works – psychology and marketing, combined with a range of tools and methods to accurately measure consumer attitudes, feelings and emotions. This includes our own bespoke online implicit tests - which can be run across the globe simultaneously and in any language - to Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (FMRI) machines. The tools we use by-pass conscious thought to reach the non-conscious areas of the brain where we now know much of our purchasing and decision making behaviour is driven.

Why we do it
Traditional consumer research methods have relied almost entirely on conscious, or explicit, thought processes, however, recent research on consumer behaviour suggests that the majority of choices made by consumers are based on minimal conscious thought and are driven by our feelings and emotions, which lie in the non-conscious area of our brain. In order to reach these we need a different approach and specifically designed tools.
